They found a little girl's dead body on the slide at the park that is a block away the performing arts center (where I work)
. This was just last night at about seven o'clock. It reminds of that Clash song "Somebody got Murdered". Or that RjD2 song "Two More Dead", but maybe thats because I'm listening to that cd as I'm writing this. Their have been like six kids in their teens and twenties that have been murdered in the south end/uptown area (where the performing arts center is) in the last six months. I told that to Dana as she was leaving and I was waiting for my ride home. It freaked her out so much she made Jim and Chad wait their with her (and me) until I left. She is a sweetheart
.
It''s weird to think about though, like in that Clash song I was talking about. Like, you could be minding your own business one minute be getting run over or shot the next. That's so cliche, I know, I tell you what, though, when I'm standing out their in the pitch black of night in front of the arts center, in that switching yard, or factory lot, or whatever the hell it is, and the air reeks of Elmer's glue, and nail polish remover, and little debbie snack cake batter from the factories next door, and the only light is from those halogen lightrs in the building across the street, and all you can hear is the shitty 70's AM radio pop from the yuppie bars on the other side of the tacks (litteraly) (their is something extremely unsettling about hearing "Dancing Queen" in that situation)
it just feels creepy
.

but yeah.. thats kinda creepy with the whole serial murdering thing.. be careful, if theres one thing I learned from B-horror movies it's to not walk backwards when you feel scared. you do that and youre gonna die..
by the way did you notice we have the same birthday?
