There are so many things I would like to accomplish in the next year. One of the main things is to feel happy and healthy, and comfortable with my body. I recently lost half a stone on a cleanse/detox called c9, and I feel so much healthier for it. Above is the before and after. I'd like to continue with healthy eating, as a lifestyle change and not stupid fad diets, or treating myself to some 'naughty' food then making myself feel guilty. Fuck that! Hopefully by the summer I will have lost a few more pounds and will feel confident enough to shoot again :) Watch this space... xx
