My Canon XTI was delivered yesterday! Woo Hoo! I'm so exited to figure this out and the few pictures that I have taken are soooo amazing. I'm going to a gig in Park City tonight and going to be trying it out. I haven't tried to download anything yet but want to work on that this weekend.
I have decided that I will probably will not be submitting a set. I have thought long and hard about it and feel that for professional reasons it may not be a good idea for me right now. It's unfortunate that something like that could effect my ability to work in my field but that is the reality. I have applied for a new job and that is a huge consideration. I hope that society changes the way that nudity is viewed.
I will still be on the site and supporting my hopeful friends. I really love the groups here and have met some great people. On the other hand, I have witnessed some major drama and what I believe is outright rudeness towards a couple of hopefuls lately. It's really disheartening that people can be so judgemental. I'm also tired of biting my tongue or censoring what I say due to concern over not being liked by certain people, especially if I am a hopeful. I just had to get that off my chest.

but then again some people sit on a high horse with the view that everyone is entitled to their own opinions and tend to be verbally malicious and vindictive with their words...
i tend to go by the rule of thumb of say what you want/have to say in the most civil manner possible, that way you are not sugar coating your words and being fake nice but are considerate to the other person's feelings/views/opinions.
sad to hear we wont be seeing any naked pics of you but ill be just as excited to see pictures of you period!! you are one pretty lady!!!
