To steal a line from one of my favourite films, it hurts like hell, but then there are times when it doesn't. And the times when it doesn't get longer and the times when it hurts get shorter, and then one day you remember something cute or silly or aggravating they used to do and where you used to cry at the memory, now you laugh. And then you know you're moving on.

That will come. Just let yourself feel what you need to feel for Hero. The memories won't always hurt.
