Another day during my relaxing week, just because I can't run doesn't mean I can't go to the gym! Happy with 275lbs (125kg) deadlift and 165lbs (75kg) front squat . Also tried out some dumbells 27.5kg (60lbs) during bench press and 30kg (66lbs) during dumbell snatch. Haven't actually been in a gym for ages since I have been busy with Gut Check Fitness, so only been outdoors. Leg is finally healing up, need to stay off it for the remainder of the week but at long as I don't push the stabilizers in the leg I am fine :D

Now Hunger games on TV with some well deserved popcorn. Got to treat yourself a little now and then ;)
