Had a very productive weekend. Not really but it was relaxing enough to be able to survive another week of the most repetative work known to man. Who knows? Maybe this week I get an extra hours of "work fun" so I can collect a good pay by the end of the month. Guess the purpose of work is not to be funny though, still feels good to vent on occation.
This weekend a lot of search was conducted into my beloved chinchilla Silver's past. Who owned him, if he had any friends and so on. It turns out he was living with 2 other chinchillas from a very young age for 5 years before being sold earlier last year. Then in turn he was passed on to the lady I got him from. It makes me sad since he would've been so happy with his friends and then being separated to live with a crazy youngster by the name of Dragon. That said he has a beautifully relaxed life at the moment lots of sticks to chew on, all the hay and pellets he can eat. He also get generous out of cage playing time with dustbaths, soft pillows for his sore feet and he gets more cuddles than he wants, haha.
Movie weekend has been good as well, watched the entire Starship Troopers triology which was awesomely bad. Also ended up watching Hook with Robin Williams, such a good movie. Have to say that I had forgotten how manodepressive Cpt. Hook was. Thinking about watching Planet Terror next or might actually wait for my amazon order that has all the Masters of Horror series in it.
Mental note, will have to write another progression plan for the serve of my player. She had another tournament this weekend and the only reason why she lost was because of too many double faults. She is showing some great progress and if she follows the quite hard excercise schedule made up for her, there is definately a chance she will be in the top 10 by the end of the year. Massive international tournament coming up in March on claycourts. She is a natural top spinner of the ball so with a bit of luck of draw she might get the chance to prove herself earlier than expected. Really making sure I do not pressure her too much though, the only important thing is that she is moving forward then we will see how good she can get.
This night will be ended with playing some NHL12 online and if I'm lucky some interesting discussions on forums or via messages. Might end up adding some new pics over the next couple of days, so stay tuned
