Sitting in chinchilla room! They are hopping happily around and loving their out of cage time. Silver is tearing through his toy whilst Dragon is doing some high speed wall surfing. Sometimes it feels like a major chore to have them but a day like this when they are not trying to eat my laptop or all the wallpaper, they really do warm my heart.

Been a very relaxing weekend, just been catching up on tv series that I love. First up was the newest season of Dexter and after that it was time for Californication. They were both extremely awesome in their own ways, Californication with it's crude intelligent content and Dexter's nerve breaking tension and plot twists. Can't wait until they release the upcoming seasons.

Been googling images of owls for my next tattoo, want a owl on my chest and have been thinking a lot of it. Probably a cat owl that is native in the forests around my childhood home. They are often connected with death, magic and mystery which in a wierd way strongly relates to the society where I grew up. It has one of Europes biggest Viking grave fields, lots of medieval wars have been fought in the fields around us and people are known to disappear from time to time. Last year a older woman walked out of her house allegedly towards the forest and she was never found. No body, nothing. That said we also have one of the larger prisons in the small village, giving it one of the highest convicted murderer to normal person ratio in the nation. All in beautiful surroundings, any takers of my house when I get the hell out of here?
