awkward

I'm so easily flustered.
So easily knocked off my
stability. I'm so used to
no one doing anything nice..
for me.. that when a random
act occurs I'm left confused..
and just anxious.

I was sent roses at work
today. Walking back
from my break, I find
roses sitting at my check
stand. I didn't know what to
do.. or what to say.

I frantically asked the girls..
around my lane who had
dropped them off.. but they
had to answer to give..

So coy in there presentation..
so unkind in there promise to
the sender of not giving me
any clues.

but I'll worry about this..
at another time..

I'm about to purchase my
first car tomorrow.
I'm excitied and so proud.
It'll be my baby.
My true love, until it
begins to break.. and
I'll be time to find a new lover.

I left my glasses at Barnes and
Nobles.. next to some
tarot cards.. and a photography
book. I hope I can find them in
the morning. Or else, I'll be
blind for a few days.
