So I am up early today and am wandering about the internet looking for a new camera. I have always loved taking pictures and have even been told a few times that I have a good eye for it. The only thing that has really been holding me back is my love of actual film. I have been using a manual camera for so long and have adamantly refused to make the move to a digital.
However I am now ready. This is something that I love and have decided to persue. Hence the new camera search. If anyone has any suggestions on cameras please let me know.

I am also a huge fan of Canon! You can't go wrong with the Canon EOS Digital. But it might be worth your while investigating which digital SLR would be compatible with your current lenses. That's one of the reasons I'm staying with Canon, is because my film camera is a Canon and I can still use the same lenses. Good luck with camera hunting!

your not alone in your love of film. I love it too, but sometimes digital is easier. I love canon. The digital SLRs are so awesome! They are a bit pricey (for me I don't know your price range) but I think worth every penny. I can't wait to see which camera you end up with. Be sure to tell us how you like it!
