this is going to be a picture heavy blog...just warning ya 
so it's been snowing in the desert. it's craziness. but it's so pretty.
i took pictures out my window...through the screen...cause i'm a smart bird like that lol

and the snow actually stayed on the mountains till the next day!
so let's see....i was bored the other night, so i decided to be a girl and spend time on my hair...
which came out nice actually...
i have to not roll them all the way to my head next time though...without it back, i kind of looked like little orphan annie at times.
i spoke to my mom today. who seemed to be having a good day, so our talk wasn't so bad. she said she understands why i'm not coming home, and i need to do what is going to make me happy. her and my dad are a complete mess. he isn't giving up his "friend," so my mom is just living her life as best she can. what sucks is that i spoke to my father about this like 2 weeks ago. i told him that i wasn't going to ask what's going on (though i happen to know from emails that it's romantic), and he told me nothing is going on. i then told him NOT to say that, because the last 2 men i've been with have said that, and it ended up to be a huge lie, so if i found out my father will lie to me the same way they did, it would probably to some unfixable damage. he repeated that he has never, and would never cheat on my mother. and i'm pretty sure he's lying.
so that's that. at least i've spoken to her, so i know she's not pissed off at me for staying here. and life will just go on.
scott and i got ripped off at those little coin vending machines. i wanted a care bear so bad....what did i get? a plastic spider...WTF?!?
then he tried to get a homie...and he got a little plastic toy thing....
what a rip.
so that's what i gots. i'm deep into making my place awesome again, so i'll post pics of the improvements when they are all finished. i'm still broke as hell. hopefully my pension check will come soon. i really, REALLY need it. i'm living on ramen, and 89 cent tacos from the bell. mmmmm
