i'm better!

no really. i was forced out of my apartment today by a friend of mine i used to work with. he was amazing, and the perfect person to talk everything out with for hours. mainly because he's gay and fabulous gotta love gay boyfriends. we went to olive garden. din din was yummy, i only ate a little of it. but the chocolate gelato...OMG heaven...



it was yummo. then in lieu of going to a bar cause i don't drink, we went and sat at starbucks for HOURS. and i feel like i got so much out, and he was just so great. i mean everyone here is great, but it's always good when you have a real person sitting with you, telling you how amazing you are and how you don't need the loser that left you. it was really something that i needed. kind of like that last shove back into reality.

so yey for that, but boo for my canceled cali trip my family is really needing me at the moment because of sickness in both my parents, so i've decided to put my money towards that. i leave next saturday, and will be gone for 11 days. which includes my mom's bday. first time i'll be with her on her bday in 4 years, so i am excited for that. i'm still hoping if i can cam enough that i'll fly to cali the weekend of the 17th. keep your fingers crossed for me.

writing month starts thursday. i'm going to work on an outline today for my novel. this year i WILL finish! i have nothing else to do...i mean really.
