So for the past 4 months my Mom has been hinting that we were going to be taking a trip for my 21st birthday. She kept giving me hints about where we were going but none of them made sense to me, so I was just planning on figuring it out later. I ended up guessing Seattle, Portland, Philadelphia, New York City, maybe even Canada at the furthest. Wednesday (May 15) rolled around and I was supposed to show up to my Mom's house to leave for the airport and I was still completely clueless as to where we were going. We got to the airport and went to the Air France departures gate and printed our tickets, so I was Googling Canadian destinations where Air France went figuring I was probably going to Canada or something because there was no way my Mom was going to take me outside of the continent for a 5 day trip. Then my Mom handed me the ticket and it said Paris. WE WENT TO FUCKING PARIS FOR MY 21ST BIRTHDAY. I really wanted to get tattooed at Tin Tin but of course since I didn't know we'd be there I didn't have time to plan an appointment, and RAPHAEL TROVATO WAS THERE GUEST SPOTTING. I was so bummed out.
