3rd Coast Artists

Austin was a blast. The band I was photographing played at the Continental Club. It rocked. Didn't sleep much. Bourbon fueled nights playing music and laughing our ass off. Crashing on floors and wearing out welcomes. I a so glad I took the gig. The bands van had no a/c and smelled like a New Orleans sewer but fuck it I got so great photographs.

funerals for 17yr olds are fuckin' horrible.
went to my cousin's funeral yesterday.
i was fine until i walked into the church and 500 people where sobbing.
young boys and girls from his class were on the lawn outside of the church crying and screaming.
it was so hard to see my cousin's mom and dad and sisters.
