I met Robert Rauschenberg this weekend. MOTHERFUCKER! I met Robert Rauschenberg...one of the most important modern artists. It was great.
There was a huge opening Gala at the University Museum. Fucking $100 a ticket. I can't afford that. Neither could anyone else my age. But my friend Bret and I desided that art is for the people and that the wost that they could do if the caught us crashing it, was to through us out. So we strutted in like we belonged there. Once in we knew most of the people there and were kindly introduced to Bob. It was great.
