so there was a hip hop show at the club i work at last night, mostly local acts, and one of the dj's asked the soundman, and i quote, "hey, the uh scratches sound kinda scratchy in the monitors, is there anything you can do about that?" surreal

HOLY FUCKING SHIT!!! Dude we are united now...ahh that old alias. Devon (bass) loves the fact that I lived in NJ for 8 MONTHS and somehow co-opted the whole state. I can't believe i am still known as that-even when I lived in SF, I was credited in a zine as "Jersey Jen"--just bizarre. Brian wants to know what club you're at-I told him today we had this lil connection. Anyway that fucking rules that you mentioned me to Bob-what did u say that he could identify me? I LOVE THAT MAN.
