So...its been a long time since I updated.

I have been mad busy, loads of stuff at work, my Internet dying on me at home and trying to call round people to get it fixed to no avail.

Work is pissing me off. The place I work recently took 2 new employees onto the team in which I work and I was made responsible for overseeing the training of one of the guys. This is fine and all good, Im quite happy to make sure he's got things to do knows how to use all our software etc. What I'm not ok with is the fact that:
1. I'm paid not too well and...
2. The guy I trained and who have to help out is in fact being paid 3 grand more than me. This is not on...or is the fact that we are moving offices...this is fine, but they have no considered that there are many employees who simply cannot get there. I cannot afford to run two cars; there simply is no way.

I'm going to ask for a pay rise.........but I'm nervous and I know I don't get as much respect as the rest of the team because of my age...which also makes me mad...
I'm writing myself a list for my pay rise argument...I think Im going to ask for at least 3 grand more if not 4...they are not going to like it...

What have I been up to?

Well the Cat has been settling in well, although yesterday he met the neighbours dog for the first time and retreated to a nearby tree as fast as his little legs would carry him. Hes such a pussy, the dog would do him no harm at all she is a total softy.


I've spent quite a bit of my free time helping my friend Adam prepare to shoot the latest video for send more paramedics (see more of his work here), painting walls, preparing floors, and getting props.

I've went to Peterborough last weekend, my boy didn't want to come so I went with adammilk and Nadia. Nadia and I walked to the bar and some guy starts hitting on me before I have even had chance to order my drink...and then he tried to hold my hand and I beat a very very hasty retreat. Nadia and I danced smoked drank, chatted to some people. I got so many compliments on my freshly dyed hair; it's nice to be complimented. Then whilst we were dancing on this little sort of platforms on the edge of the dance floor this guy we had been chatting to signalled me to go over to him, he then proceeded to grab my head and kiss me...I recoiled in horror. Grabbing someone head is not a good way to pull them and besides I'm taken. The night was jokes though.

One last reason are a friends band and Id never seen them before so I felt I should go check them out. They were better than I expected them to be, I was actually I was quite impressed. I saw a few friends that I hadn't seen in far too long. I saw my friend Helen who I hadn't seen since she had an operation and she looks really good. It made me realise that I need to make way more of an effort to see the people I don't see enough becuase they are great.

Friday I cooked dinner for my boyfriends family. It seemed to go well, the food tasted well and his mum thanked me for the meal. However his little sister seems to think I was trying to kill her.... how on earth could I expect her to try such disgusting things as asparagus and avocado...Hahaha...I think it was all a bit too green for her.

Saturday...the Send More Paramedics Video Shoot:

We got up early to obtain the last few items on the prop list:

Dead Rats from the reptile centre
Mutant Goldfish
Cord to tie down the undead
Sandwich Menu so we could order food for everyone on set.
DV tapes (kind of essential)

So we drove out to the middle of nowhere to find that the reptile shop had moved and when we finally located it in the middle of nowhere out in the fens...it was shut until 11, and we needed to be back to be ready to film at 12.
So we gave up and drove in to Huntingdon and purchased mutant goldfish. Which we have now given a home after my boyfriend fell in love with them; he spent the whole day making sure they were all right. Picked up some cord and headed into St. Ives bought DV tapes and 8 pints of maggots.

Finally made it to the set.

The day was great...the band were so nice, it was alot more oragnised than the last 2 shoots we've done and a laugh. We got a load of pictures of the undead, can't wait to get those developed, in fact if I can I met get them done tonight. I got some freebies too...a t-shirt for me and the boy and their first two albums.

When I was doing Sam's contacts I felt so sorry for him, he looked like he was going to cry, I know they hurt. We got the first one in no problem, but then because he knew what was coming it was a nightmare to get the second in. I had to use the distraction technique, it worked a treat.

They are the nicest, they are all lovely, and they are nothing like you would imagine if you saw them play. With all that ink around me I was starting to get very jealous...Im glad Ive got my next session booked, now I need to sort out getting my sleeves done.

It got really cold in the evening so when we weren't needed we hid in the band van and giggled.

It was a good day, I love doing all that stuff, just helping out and meeting people. I want to go to their next show near us. I reckon this video is going to look HOT!!

Sunday...we slept, we didn't get home until 4 Sunday morning.
Then we ate pizza and watched 'School of Rock' and giggled.
I love weekend.... not this weekend but the next we'll be in Amsterdam. wooo!!!

I'll put up pictures of kitty as soon as we get them developed, I want to show him off he's adorable and very handsome.
