Well, here is that more detailed blog I promised.

Firstly, I want to apologize for not being as present in the last couple of months as I had been on this site. Partly it was due to my living circumstances and the lack of a computer or the internet (I know, I know, what a cave woman!), but mostly it was due to a massively increased schedule for all the obligations I committed to.

On any given day, I at the very least work a normal 8 hour day job, have commitments to the high school cheerleading squad I coach which generally takes up at least 2 hours each day, I dance for at least an hour and a half four days a week, and once a week after a 2 hour cheer practice I go and help out a local cheer youth group. I also happen to have a super blasty on the community that is Suicide Girls.

Unfortunately, I was recently made aware that I am no longer welcome coaching at the high school because of Suicide Girls. Specifically, I was told it was due to pictures posted on an account called Ava Roulette that one of my girls saw. I immediately assumed they were referring to my Instagram account as that is the only public forum I use (which is now private thanks to this mess). However, the administration did speak specifically of a particular picture. It turns out that picture was never on my Instagram and was only located in a blog on SG. That leads me to believe I was terminated because someone found me on SG using a paid subscription. Seems to me the person with that same subscription should be just as damned as I am, no?

You all know me fairly well. I'm no different online than I am in person. I'm goofy, I say ridiculous things, I love shoes, and I quite enjoy a well structured sentence. So I happen to take pinup photos, as well. I don't believe I do anything raunchy or unbecoming of a role model for high school girls. I suppose this puts is back to the age old argument of why should we be ashamed of the human body.

I'm well aware of the reason some people have for viewing my photos. It's the same reason some people with a foot fetish spend their time seeking out pictures of feet. And who is to say they ought to be ashamed? I'm just exceptionally disappointed that I've been punished for something I didn't know was restricted and something that someone had to have a paid subscription to in order to find me (they also had to be seeking out girls like me, which is flattering in an I'd-like-to-kick-you-in-your-hypocritical-shins sort of way).

Assuming my attempt at an appeal goes poorly, which I expect it to, in all honestly, at the very least it leaves me with much more time to spend with you all, a much more entertaining and much less judgemental crowd.
