Ive got a shoot tomorrow and I'm rather nervous about it! I really suck at lighting so I've been reading and trying to learn some techniques and how to make some equipment. Though Ive read how to do it I just haven't had the time to try anything and I don't feel that during a shoot is a good time to be trying out new things.
The shoot will take place at a tattoo shop in one of the small rooms. All Ive got is a reflector and a flash. Most of my light with come from the over head florescent. I really don't want harsh lighting and thats all I ever get so any tips would be appreciated! I was thinking about making an on camera soft box for my flash to diffuse and spread the flash.
