My birthday is on Monday, so I got taken out tonight for sushi with my parents. And weeeee. We went to Sakura, in "downtown" Franklin. I got slightly drunk on Kirin lager and ate a load of tuna, salmon, yellowtail and tamago. Mmmm tamago.

After months of exploration, I've found that no place in Nashville sells any good ("good" meaning "fiery") hot sauces. Not a single place. WTF?!

That being the case, firegirl.com has become my favourite site for this evening. I just ordered $30 worth of habanero and red savina sauces. Mmmm. tongue

too bad about Catherine Wheel. they were so good. so mellow. so bloody sweet and melodic. its rare to find anyone one who likes them, let alone has them as their favorite band. go you biggrin

I'm debating driving down to Atlanta for the SG gathering thingie. Dunno if I should. I'd probably just end up sitting there, silent, smoking cloves and trying but failing to get drunk. I guess I've got about 12 hours to decide before the optimal departure time arrives.
