Thus passes another holiday I don't celebrate...
...But at least I got to see a bunch of people I don't get to see more than a few times a year at most. Not family, though. Fuck family.
I did end up eating some turkey. Ironically, I ended up losing about 5 pounds over the past week, while just about everyone else was being a total glutton.
There's a thread on the music board right now about black metal, and most of the people who posted in it list Cradle of Filth as one of their favourite black metal bands. That's like calling Brittany Spears one of the world's greatest classical composers, or some shit. The comments about how much CoF rocks made me want to post about how much they suck, but I figured that probably wouldn't endear me to anyone. So instead, I'm listening to Darkthrone ("Det Svartner N" at the moment), and thinking grim/necro thoughts.
