Whew, that was a quick day at work. Unlike most days, it just kind of flew by. I do not object to it doing that.

I've been dreaming of Antarctica again. I want to go! I wonder if Northrop Grumman has any operations there. I know Raytheon does, and I've seen some of their people around the shipyard. I wouldn't mind a holiday in the UK, either. Too many Britnoders to list that I want to meet.

I finally (finally!) have health insurance again. I'm getting refills for my Lexapro, Lunesta and Seroquel prescriptions again on Wednesday, after too-long-to-be-healthy a time without them, or rather, with sample packets of them that I had to keep bugging my shrink about, multiple times over the past several months. I have dental (only $1000/year, though. boo.) and vision insurance again, too, so I'm going to try to get one of my broken teeth fixed (probably the sharpest one) and see about getting new glasses, too. Yay! (Update: Argh. Apparently, since I get my insurance from "Kelly Total Benefits Solution," which contracts out individual coverages, my prescription coverage with Aetna, which was supposed to be activated on April 1, doesn't actually go into effect until May 1. In short: no prescription drugs for me this week. I can't win!)

Last week I got another hard drive, a second 250GB. So now, across all three of my computers, I have 960GB available to me. Most of that is taken up by music (240GB), movies (250GB), TV shows (80GB), and the rest is used by OSes and programmes and the like.

And I've, uh, kind of fallen off the veg* wagon. I'm disappointed in myself. But, I couldn't help but notice that I'd gained a noticeable amount of weight in the two years I was doing it for, whereas before then I was not overweight, but after two years of being veg, I find myself overweight by about twenty pounds. So perhaps the carefree diet I'd espoused before deciding to go veg in 2005 is what my body needs. *shrug*
