After months of exploration, I've found that no place in Nashville sells any good ("good" meaning "fiery") hot sauces. Not a single place. WTF?!

That being the case, firegirl.com has become my favourite site for this evening. I just ordered $30 worth of habanero and red savina sauces. Mmmm. tongue

mmmm...... habanero....... its so good. it doesnt kill the flavour of your food, and then oh-so unexpectedly creeps up and.... KICKS YOU IN THE THROAT!! yum.smile
too bad about Catherine Wheel. they were so good. so mellow. so bloody sweet and melodic. its rare to find anyone one who likes them, let alone has them as their favorite band. go you biggrin

Yikes. I tried some habanero sauce once, WAY too hot for me.
