I seem to have post-traumatic stress disorder, probably from seeing my city first torn apart by a storm, then escaping it in a really convoluted way, then returning to it a month later and seeing enormous amounts of carnage everywhere. There was also the up-and-down thing with the cats.

As a result I've been a wreck for about a week now. Crying a lot. I have a therapy appointment next week, so maybe I'll turn out alright. I want to be sane before returning home, I think.
