The new year.....it started off with a bang....but not in a good way. lately my IBS, stands for :
Irritable Bowel Syndrome. And its no fun at all. new years day i was stroke out of the blue by one of my little stomach spasms. All because i had two classes of coke at about 12am yesterday. Anyway my IBS is linked to what i eat and do late at night. it hurt so bad, the only way i can describe it as is a stabbing, almost like a knife is being dragged through my lower intestines. then the real fun kicks in...being stuck in the bathroom for a good hour.
I am telling you, if it was the first time in my life i experienced this sorta pain, i would call the ambulance! it gets that bad at times. But i know its my IBS, and i know after it starts to act up the pain will clear in an hour or so. But then there are the days when it a constant problem. *sigh*
the only thing i can do is watch my diet....stay away from trigger foods. problem is some times it doesn't matter what i eat, i could be eating a freaking apple! And that apple would trigger it. But that's when the stress comes in....Stress plays a major role in IBS.... so about one year ago i went to my doctor and told her all of the above, she gave me all kinds of different meds to try, including anti anxiety pills, and let me tell ya, never ever again.
So my goal for the new year is to try and get this under control, so if you have any suggestions please let me know

On a lighter note....im getting really excited about my newest set going up on the 10th! Autumn tussle. Photography by .Iso...she so super sweet so keep your eyes open for it....

And I'm even more excited for you to see what I've been working on for the past two hours!!! I swear to god I'm gonna get this set shopped, even if it kills me!!! Now if only people could stop stumbling downstairs and interupting me. Grrrrr.
