I love working with him, and hanging out with him too, hes a sweet guy overall

and although there are problems there, I shouldnt be letting his behavior continue

Welllllll my mom always if he cheats with you, he'll cheat on you. Of course, there are exceptions to every rule, but for the most part I think she's right.
