BAILOUT THE WORKERS NOT THE CEOs
About 250 workers are occupying the Republic Windows and Doors factory in Chicago after the plant shut down on Friday without the required 60 days notification. The owners claim they had to shut down because Bank of America cut off their credit. The workers are demanding their severance and accrued vacation days. Bank of America received $25 billion this year as part of the taxpayer bailout . Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich has suspended all government business with the Bank of America until further notice
