Was checking out some Vespa scooters on the web and it seams they are in demand $$$ or just hard to find. I'm looking for a Vespa 150 or a Lambretta running or nonrunning cond. I know you need a title or bill of sale to reg. in N.J. ebay motors has a few from asia that are restored but without any paperwork will just end up as garage art. seams like a lot of fun the whole scooter club thing.
