One day of sun and we are back to the rain again, not that i mind the rainy weather though..,in fact when i know i have a day of creative stuff ahead there is nothing better.I find that there is something comforting about being shut inside in your own creative bubble listening to the rain hammering upon the window, sometimes i like to open the window slightly to listen to it too.Since moving to Swansea city centre the little luxury that is the sound of rain has been spoilt slightly on the days of busy traffic as the sound of passing cars and buses or boy racers with boom-boxes spoils the tranquility somewhat.So i stick to the visuals and play music instead.
I think i have a busy week ahead.My partner and i have decided to try and moved out of the shared house that we are currently living in to try and find a place of our own.Emma is not used to sharing living space with other people, in fact she is just not a people person.
She suffers from anxiety and a hot temper so anything which triggers those things is bad and it would seem that the housemates do more often than we would like.FInding a new place at this time of year in Swansea is proving to be quite difficult.The students are due back anytime now so lots of decent places are getting snapped up very quickly.
Also this week i have to keep searching for work, keep my creative arty stuff going and try and find some sense of direction with it and paint a couple of models for a local games shop as the owner has just discovered my talent for painting small things.I also need to make time to take some pictures of Ems down at the beautiful quarry that we have just found earlier this week because she gets grouchy when she hasn't got anything to photoshop :-P
