Stars fall from the sky,
are you worried we might steal them,
are you worried we might cry?
A man waits,
dirt smeared across his skin,
made of his convictions,
made of all his sins.
In the corner of her eye,
diamonds fall like fireworks,
she's rich in rhythm,
sick of sighs.
It's the laugh of an almost lover,
the cry sailing on the tide,
I'll be with you tonight...

I wrote this last night,
lately I've been nervous. See, I am picking up and heading out across Canada in two weeks, leaving everything and everyone that has become near and dear behind. Despite this ache I have to stay, I am beyond overjoyed for this wonderful opportunity to "see the world" as they say. No, I'm really excited to go try new things. I plan to learn to white water raft, climb a mountain, and go whale watching.

If anyone has any other exciting things I ought to try out in BC, I'd really appreciate it : )
