Hello,

Ok, so I've been thinking about my *ahem* love situation.

I think I'm over her. I *THINK* I am.

Here's my question to you lot, being that most of you have been in love more then I have.

Now before I ask this question I will restate the situation to that those of you who don't know can help too.

I fell in love with a girl I met on my birthday last year. I dated her for a month and had a lot of *firsts* with her. shortly after we got together she called me on the phone (christmas eve) and told me that she was cheating on her boyfriend with me. I accepted it and wanted to work things out- because I was in love.

She ended up dumping him and... after which, avoiding me as well. I never gave up. she didnt speak to me for a month, but I waited, then we hung out again for another month. now shes run off again.

Im tore up over this still.

***The Question***

Why is it that I'm so hurt by this?

Why is it three months later and I can't move on?

Why am I the one who feels guilty? is this normal?

*****************
Thanks for your help,
Aut

blasphemy:
so what happened? did she decide to stay with him?
it's been a year since my ex and i initially broke up- the worst of it is over but it still hurts sometimes and sometimes i can't stop thinking about him. i've been trying to move on but it's very difficult.
i don't know a lot about the psychology of relationships, but i'm sure that there's lots of possible reasons why you'd feel guilty, and it's totally normal.
everybody handles these things differently- some people can cope better than others.
kiss i hope you feel better soon kiss

i'm sorry autrix. kiss yeah it seems in theory that it should be easier and you should just be able to wake up and be over it and onto the next one. emotions make it a bit more difficult sometimes though.
