One of my goals is to settle down in a little SMALL town when I get older, where the restaurants make nice, decent, honest food... that's down to earth and not 17 layers high.
The kind of food you'd get in your own kitchen, without any pretentiousness involved.
I know they exist... I found em when I was out in South Carolina... and up in Yakima... just not really around LA, NY, or hell, hard to find here even in Sacramento!
