It's official- my hands are more fucked up then I have ever seen them. Right hand; 3 small cuts, 3 grease burns, 1 large piece of skin taken off knuckle by the mandolin, 1 small piece of pointer finger taken off by mandolin and 2 nails lookin not so good (quite bruised)... Oh and I have a bunch of calluses from my knives... and that's just the right hand...
