Man the first week at a new job sucks ass. I wonder if they think I'm a complete retard- I don't wanna step on any toes so I'm being completely lame with everything I do... Ugh... I'm about six thousand times better then I think I've been doing! What the shit is going through my head. I think the Sous chef thinks I'm a complete squib. He's a wicked low talker and I guess he asked me to mash out some potatoes at some point but I didn't here him... Next thing I know he's walking me through how to use a ricer and how to season mashed potatoes- *sigh* He definitley thinks I'm an idiot... I broke down a dozen rabbits today- I think I can make a batch of mashed potatoes... *sigh* Fuck it! Who gives a shit... I obviously do- I'm sweatin it... Oh well, I just need to get used to the place. At least they are being patient with me.
