That was a chipper intro. Well, let me see. I have to prepare for the new job here in a minute so I guess I should be brief- of course that being said this will turn into my longest entry ever.
Fife, my new place of work is a most amazing restaurant. I wanna do more there, actually. Today I'm going in to do a bunch of butchery with the Chef and Sous. It's kinda strange working with the two of them. The Chef is really really smart- like insanely, and so with the Sous. But the chef is kinda laid back, not so hard wall intense, the Sous is just a brick. It's kinda like working with 2 guys playing good cop - bad cop. They both seem to like me, even though I repeatedly bumble about- It's my first week- and they change the every damn thing every damn day. Today is gonna suck- I'm the worst at butchering- though I admtted that to em and that's why they want me to come in. At least it's torture for the sake of self improvement.
Oh, and if you live in PDX you should eat there- cause goddamn it's gooooood food.

I watched 2001 (a space odessy) yesterday with my little sister, and she got me going on about: how can light travel through a vacuum if sould can't...I was on-line at work half the day trying to figure it out, and...conclusion time...there is no such thing as "ether". But it didn't answer my question...I kinda figured it out, cause sound takes molecules to travel, a medium if you will, and light travels on no known medium...how's your brain feeling?
