My start date for intern was delayed until tommorrow. Yeah, no need to explain why, it was a trivial thing.

Spent all afternoon thinking about coffee...

My ultimate dream involves many things- one of them includes my own fucking espresso setup. That is, a nice espresso machine and a really nice grinder and puck press. For now I'm settled with my French Press, though, I will probably give one of those Moka style pitchers a try- I have been hearing good things about them (and for 25 bucks).

Crema, in addition to being a swell coffee house near my home, is that wonderful amber/reddish stuff on the top of real espresso that has no bitterness and is just complete yumminess...
