alrighty... a little self promotion... well, sort of... If you live in PDX and you eat. That is to say you enjoy food, and eat out at times you should go to "Bleu". You may have seen these kids running around downtown in funny checkered pants and white coats. Well at 9th and Alder in the Galleria is Western Culinary Institute. The school has a Restaurant that likes to act all hoity toity, but it is crazy cheap. I'm working there now. We have a 3 or 5 course menu for lunch that is 10 or 15 bucks! And we can't accept tips! This is good food too! Today we had Wild caught Salmon Chowder, Early Sping Asparagus and Rabbit, Buffalo, Mussles, just all this good food, and we never fill the place up! They also do a dinner, but I have yet to work that shift so I don't know the details. They mostly go by reservation, but we also take walkins. I know Chuck Paliniuk wrote the place up in his book about Portland... It's crazy, the only people that come in are these old fogeys, because I think they are the only one that know about the place! Damnit! They are only open tuesday-friday and we only take lunch walkins from 11-1, so I guess that dissuades people, but... Ah skrew it!

Yeah, so today was my last day of waiting tables at Bleu. I have a reservation for 11 and they were all these little old ladies. They loved me, and were super nice (most of them were) but they ate slower then frozen slugs so I spent alot of time watching their food sit under hot lamps in the kitchen. I don't know, I guess I have nothing to complain about.

Blah Blah Blah... Maybe I'll right some more stuff later... I think I'm gonna take a nap now...
