By the end of the summer I will probably be one of those uber odd looking super dehydrated people. Put it this way- it was 90 degrees at the coolest spot in the kitchen today, and I was standing in the hottest. Looking in 2 of the 4 directions around me the air was rippling with heat. Nothing makes you feel alive like grilling a dozen steaks and plating countless other things while pouring sweat (don't worry- not into the food).

I guess I kinda like my job- I can leave it feeling honestly tired and worn out. I think too many jobs these days involve too much sitting around and looking at things over and over. My job invloves dumping water all over my head so I don't pass out from heat stroke and chopping up hunks of salty beef!
