when you give your boss your two weeks notice and he decides to offer you a better position and a raise?
Does money but happiness? Does a position of power? I know I'm not happy where I am. Could I be happy in a different position? I'm so stumped. I can't believe he counter offered. I didn't expect it. I was ready to leave. I was excited. I feel like that is my answer and I should just run away. But more money... That really is hard to run from.
