If all goes according to plan I will be enjoying one of my favorite animals for Thanksgiving dinner:
Hopefully alongside some delectable smoked salmon on crackers. Maybe some muffins with blueberry jam made with hand-picked berries by my mom back up in the Great White North. Definitely accompanied by a frosty glass of Alaska Pale Ale. Maybe with somekrumkakes. I will draw the line at Lutefisk, though. I'm not patriotic enough to eat a cold fish pancake. If only there were a way for my mom to fry up some halibut beer bits and send them to me.
Most likely I will only be sent the bear meat, though. I hear it doesn't taste very good. But that's not the point. It's bear.
