I woke up.
Then I listened to "Celia Inside" by The Cardigans while I got dressed.
I went into my car and listened to the first few songs of "The Hurting" by Tears For Fears.
When I got into the store, John had put on the Lord Of The Rings: Return Of The King Soundtrack. When it was done, I put on "The Rumproller" by Lee Morgan and followed it with "Sweet Rain" by Stan Getz. John followed that with the soundtrack to The Rocky Horror Picture Show. Since Jeff had shown up, I put on the first Clash record.
I drove to El Pollo Loco listening to "Madvillainy" by Madvillain.
I got back and put on "Everything Sucks" by The Descendents. Afterwards, Jeff and I listened to both DJ Shadow albums, and then "Deadringer" by RJD2. We closed the store to "Burnin'" by The Wailers, and I tidied up the store to Wanda Jackson.
I drove home listening to Frank Morgan's album "Yardbird Suite".
When I got home I watched Shaft in Africa with my family. (seriously fucked up movie)
Afterwards, I went online (on my lame dial-up) and checked SG to "The Hurting" again (the title track has just been going through my head lately). Then I listened to "The Man Who Sold The World" by David Bowie. Then I finished that Frank Morgan album (modern bebop of the highest order).
My day pretty much revolves around listening to music. I brought some albums home from the store and I'll probably pass out before getting to listen to them all.

While at work, I got a call from Weetzie, who was lying on her bed with her assault rifle.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21): History's longest conflict between nations was the Hundred Years' War, which England and France fought for 116 years between 1337 and 1453. The shortest war ever was between Zanzibar and England in 1896. It lasted 38 minutes. Whether the hostilities you enter into in the coming week will resemble the former or the latter may all depend on two factors: 1. how open you are to learning from the other side; 2. how willing you are to acknowledge your own role in creating the circumstances that led to the dispute.
