The days of staying up all night and playing video games are over. I had a "talk" with my dad yesterday morning after he forced me to wake up at a pre-destined time on his day off. Now he will most likely check in with me in the morning and check an actual spreadsheet that I have to fill out about my job searches. Of course the conversation yesterday meant that anything he said will have to be written into law, no matter how insignificant it seemed, and everything I sort of agreed with mostly to avoid another fight will be looked at as something I agreed to and therefore have lied or deceived him if I don't do. Living at home is stressful because my mom is always getting mad, no matter how much of the stuff that made her mad the day before (inane stuff like leaving a light on somewhere, or having a bag or two on the floor of my room), she can always find a way to yell at me (which means also hurling insults at my brother for no reason sometimes) and get herself madder with or without my provocation. My parents aren't really unreasonable and they aren't overly mean or controlling, but they still piss me off.
