Well Im sorry I've been out of touch for a bit! Im losing momentum on this site. Can't really say why, just am. But I figured the fact that I started a new job warrented a blog post :]
I started my new job at Hot Topic in the same mall I was working in before. lol Fortunately everyone who worked at my first store was really cool with me leaving, and agreed that it was much more fitting for me. However, even I didn't think I was going to be this excited and this comfortable with this new job. Im so happy, I can't even tell you. It's such an awesome feeling to listen to good music, talk about random shit with people who GET IT, and have debates over bands, nerd movies and books. The job at Aero was cute and it was fun, but I was getting tired of the same old shit, and the skinnybitches I worked with. lmao Preppy does not fit me, and I couldn't make myself try it anymore. Helping people pick out cute gauges, and making snide remarks to my co-workers about how that little douchebag just bought a really shitty band's t-shirt is so much better than talking about my co-worker's weekends at the club and shit.
I'm so excited.
Only downside: I have had a crush on one of the managers since he worked in the Starbucks kiosk across the hall from my original job two years ago. And now I work for him. And run the risk of getting fired/transferred if I try anything. lmfao Disappointment. But whatever, I have an awesome job.
