Wonderful weekend. Visit the family, go to a wedding (my grandfathers) and find out that my brother in law walked out on my sister and her child. Visited the local drinking hole, everyone there is so complacent, so lacklustre, so closed minded.
Oh how I hate the small town mentality, the soap opera existance and goals so lofty it would be an insult to shallow people to call them shallow.
Am I wrong to be sickened by it?
I'm sure not every small town is like that but I have yet to actually see solid proof otherwise.
