Smile it's all better.. Tis the season to start I guess? People slowly become insane then the end of the year rolls around and it's another: People are normal for a week or two then the madness arrives again. Everyone tries to find a heart just after they went broke looking for a scarf. Soon everyone will be tanked and colored green because they forgot their heritage and how it failed.
It's not even December and I want it to be spring. Actually, I want it to be spring because I'm tired of living where I am. I want a new place to live. Same area, different house. Maybe a bit smaller, maybe not? I'd like a house in the country with a moat. No one has those anymore, just a pond these days. Screw the pond give me a moat!! How cool would it be if you came to a house party and we lifted the bridge? Throw a bunch of candles into the water and watch them burn away as the night progresses. Yes a moat.
Anything exciting going on in Portland? Other than being broke? I'm hearing about the latter more often than the prior. Where's the cheap and/or free entertainment these days?

I work in the horse racing industry.
