isnt' that the duality of humanity, we know deep down exactly what we want to do, but the mind, with its endless treadmill of rationalizing and reasoning convinces us to to otherwise by means of producing fear, doubt and the sense that we are responsible for other people's feelings and expectations. thus, we do what we beleive others want us to do, and in the process, we sell ourselves short, and perpetuate the neurotic fears that have been instilled in us. this vicious cycle repeating from generation to generation. to break this cycle requires the realization that you only have to answer to your self and no one else. the only responsibility you have is to yourself. and once this is embraced, the world around you begins an amazing transformation.
