Hello everyone! Sitting and relaxing at home, I thought I would take a minute to ask everyone, how was your weekend? And also, how has your week been thus far? I hope AMAZING! <3 Well this weekend was definitely a long one.
Friday night consisted of drinks, friends, and means girls ): A friend of mine threw his birthday bash at his apartment, most of everyone was nice. Ran into three girls I had seen before partying with him and we all were chatting it up and catching up with each other.(One was this girl who was really trying to fuck the first time I met her. "Hey you should come home with me and make a blanket fort! It'll be a blast!" <--- that was her pick up line) Now I have never been with another girl. Not really into women that way, but I definitely can appreciate a hot lady. She was cute though. Only reason I didn't go was because I had roommates and a boy to take home
BUT minus all of that. The four of us were having a good time, trying to socialize. When all the rest of the girls there all had their own kind of group thing going on. It was strange to me, so I tried to approach them. I went over and tried to introduce myself, the males in the group were kind and polite. But the girls.......they kind of just looked me up and down and rolled their eyes. I started laughing, really loud and hard might I add. I said my name again and tried to shake ones hand. She walked away from me. The guys couldn't figure out what the other ladies problem were, but It's whatever to me. I am all for making girl friends, but girls don't like me! I seriously think i repel them or something. I don't get it. Men are more fun anyways<3 #girlproblems
Saturday night. Oh let's just say that if you meet the right people in Joilet, your going to have a fucking blast! I was down in Joilet with some friends for a show; Upon this Dawning, Skip the Foreplay, Abandon All Ships, and Unwritten Truth. Now, My favorites I'd have to say were Upon this Dawning, Skip the Foreplay, and Unwritten Truth. Unwritten Truth isn't as big as the other two. They were the opening band. No one was giving them any credit! Everyone was just standing and staring as they put on a FANTASTIC show! I had to go in the crowd and push people around to try to get them going, but no one was having it. After calling them all assholes and pussies, I left the crowd. I needed a drink. The friends I was with weren't old enough to go to the bar(and didn't have a fake id) and my other buddy who was of age, was out on the floor taking pictures.( He's a pretty amazing photographer in my opinion) We shoot every time he comes and visits me. Anyways, as the night goes on. I'm up at the bar, and OMG LADIES, the bartender was soooooo sexy. I was drooling form a distance....until I got the balls to go and talk to him. He was so sweet! And ended up hooking me up with my pbr's all night and taking shots of black label with me (: great conversation and amazing smile. I like smiles, oh and his blue eyes were stealing my heart by the millisecond! Turned out he was also the manager of the venue!(Mojoe's Lounge, Joilet IL) So we were going back stage, smoking hitters and talking with the bands who were loading up equipment. I told me all I was an aspiring SG and to support me! I also told Unwritten Truth I would be posting pictures of their album and to tell all of you guys to check the out! WHICH YOU SHOULD, DEATH TO ALL BUT METAL!!!!! I got to meet the lead singer and drummer from Upon this Dawning, they're from Italy! Had such cute accents and were soooo sweet. The drummer was fine too! Lol hung out and drank some beers with me for a while. Everyone I met that night was suuuuuch a sweet heart! Not to mention pretty darn good looking. I'll never forget them. But one thing i do need to stop forgetting is to take pictures when I'm out! I only have one from the show on my Instagram! Epic fail on my part, oh well. Sunday. Now Sunday I spent in bed recovering and finishing up the first season of Dexter. And reading Catcher in the Rye, just starting reading it this week and I'm really into it so far!
