trying to pick up some work. theres a fringe festival, and a production wants some animation projection. the concept is explained to me as animated collage of prom attire. the character accompanies a monolouge piece about waiting (waiting for the prom, waiting elsewhere.) so i am creeping through google at midnight.

friday me and friend billy took a car over and over to an underpass in the city. hes got a crazy idea of pasting up pictures on the wall of the underpass that will be seen as animation. your car moving forward becomes time rather than the film projector or the hand flipping the book.

i animated a very cartoony walk in pencil while watching 'Chinatown' Can we say how much i love Chinatown? awesome,awesome. i also fixed some ancient computers at work. (riunning NT? please. im no "version snob" but NT is SLOW) ive been having problems with old failing parts, and am trying to isolate and replace them. feels good to solve things.
