i'm working on a new series of watercolor and acrylic based collages recently.
They're fun.
They're based off of this game i've been playing (don't make fun of me) called Kingdom of Loathing. I don't know why I play exactly, so don't bother asking what the appeal is, it's just a lot of stupid fun. Try it. the jokes in it are pretty good, especially if you like pop culture references, and dictionary puns.
anyways, i'm starting those in pretty slow numbers, just because I'm asking people to give me ideas and ask me to draw their characters, and the little 4" square panels are going to be based on those little guys. Kind of like little epic portraits of fallen generals and war heroes. There's a concept behind it, but it's boring.
Anyways, I'll be getting a website up soon, and with my business paypal I'll be able to start selling my acrylic panels and my watercolor collages and my plushies. Will anyone buy them?
I hope so.
Anyways, i'm off to bed, so I can get up early and get to Novacolor and pick up some mo' gesso. MMMMM calcified tasty.
