Anywho, I've playing with my new laptop since I got it yesterday. Its got a 500gig hard drive on it which means, you guessed it, lots of room for Porn. And music and movies, etc.. but come on, its all about watching teh pronz on a 17 inch HD screen. So yeah, I've been nerding it up. I'm currently installing WoW on here to see how it runs even though the game has lost its flavor for me.
It's cold as balls here in Iowa. I think the temperature dipped below zero this afternoon. I had ordered a pizza to satisfy my giant hunger when my car wouldn't start tonight. Frowntown. So here I am eating leftovers from Christmas. Woo hoo cold ham and mashed potatoes (insert grumbles).
I leave to go back to Ft. Knox on Sunday afternoon. I do have an address that I can give you all to write letters. I'll post it the day I leave. There will be a few stipulations for the letter writing. I'll go into that later.
New Years is quickly approaching and I have zero plans. Last year I had a plethora of options but this year its slim pickings. No one is throwing a party because they are either too poor or lazy. On top of that I have no date to hit the town with. Things are going well for me as you can tell. Oh well, I'm so used to be single by now, it doesn't even phase me. Its not like I want to have someone miss me while I go back to basic and then AIT for the next seven months (note the sarcasm).
I'm currently trying to get some music downloaded on this beast before I leave on Sunday. Its really tough for me to think back to the music I used to listen to all the time. By the way, speaking of good music... for those of you who have not seen "500 Days of Summer" go see it... like NAO. Great movie with a great soundtrack featuring bands like The Smiths, Regina Spektor and Simon and Garfunkel to name just a few.
For now I need to finish watching the last three episodes of season 5 LOST so I can beat off feverishly at how amazing its going to be. I'll write again tomorrow when I have time.
