Before bed I thought I'd write a little something for those that care to read.
In the "Writers" group there was a post about a Reader's Digest short story competition. 1500 words or less with a nice cash price for the top ... 5 I think it was. Anywho. I was looking through some pieces that I have and thought about submitting my Charlie story that I posted in May on here. For those playing catch up.. here's the link to that blog with the full story
Short Story
Some of you have read it and apologize for wasting your time; however, to those of you who have not done so. Please read it and give me your thoughts. If it is submit worthy or not. I plan to re-work some of it.. obviously edit the damn thing and maybe even change the ending slightly.
Anywho, besides that, tomorrow marks the 25 day mark on the countdown. I feel like Casey Casem rolling down the Top 40 charts on the radio. Alas for now I'm going to try to sleep
